The Opportunity As Country Lead, you will act as the senior face of the business locally, balancing client leadership, strategic consulting delivery, and commercial growth. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders across leading Australian and multinational organisations, partnering with marketing, strategy, finance, and leadership teams to solve complex business challenges. Key responsibilities include: Leading and expanding strategic client relationships across Australia Driving business development and identifying new market opportunities Advising senior executives on growth, brand, customer and commercial strategy Overseeing high-value consulting engagements from brief through to board-level presentation Building strong partnerships across regional teams spanning consulting, analytics, research and valuation Representing the business externally and strengthening market presence Contributing to long-term business growth strategy across the APAC region About You You're a commercially minded consulting leader who enjoys solving complex business problems and translating evidence into action. You may come from a background in: Strategic consulting Brand strategy or brand consulting Commercial insights Customer strategy Growth advisory Market intelligence Research and consulting Most importantly, you'll bring: Strong experience leading senior client relationships Credibility operating with C-suite and board-level stakeholders A track record of winning and growing strategic accounts Exceptional commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability Confidence presenting complex findings and recommendations to executive audiences The ability to connect analytics, insight and strategy to tangible business outcomes A genuine curiosity about brands, growth, customer behaviour and commercial performance Why This Role?
